If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery to exchange or return it. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange/refund.
To submit your return request there must be the following requirements:
- items must be in new conditions, not be washed, worn or altered;
- items must be in the original packaging, with original tags attached;
- returned products must be sent in one shipment.
If you wish to return or exchange your item please contact we first through the contact page.
You have three options:
Replacement” (specifying in the notes which size you want to change it with)
“Gift Card” (allows you to keep your money online so you can use it as an online credit to purchase something else on our website);
“Refund” (A gift card will be generated automatically. In case you don’t want to use it, it will be converted into refund after 14 days).
Once completed and selected one of the previous options you can proceed to ship back to the address given once the return process is eligible and approved.
When you return or exchange any products, you must cover the shipping charges, unless you have received a faulty product.
Please note that if you have had a free shipping, in case of return and then refund we will keep the costs for shipping (according to the country).
– Items on sale cannot be refunded. However, it is always possible to send back the product for a change of size or for the creation of a gift card, or a voucher of the corresponding amount to be used on our site.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are guaranteed:
- the item is not in its original condition; damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- the item that is returned more than 14 days after its delivery
